Inxhibit is published under the GNU General Public License and you can customise the theme with no restrictions. Inxhibit may be used for both, personal and commercial use.
Payment
The theme payment is handled through PayPal. On the Paypal page you can choose to pay with your Paypal credit, debit or credit card. Once your purchase has been completed and payment has been received you will be granted access to your theme downloads and support. The current theme price includes 1 year of support and theme updates which can be renewed each year at a discount. The Inxhibit theme can continue to be used without an active licence.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify the purchase price of Inxhibit at any time. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Support
Support is provided via our support form. Questions are generally answered within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and UK holidays. We can only answer questions related to our theme and its usage. Our support is limited to the code of our theme and we can not answer questions regarding your individual theme customisations and third party plugin use.
Warranty
The Inxhibit theme is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. However, we do not guarantee that Inxhibit will work in all browsers or with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins or scripts. Once you modify Inxhibit, we cannot guarantee it will function with all 3rd party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Inxhibit has been tested on the current WordPress version and is tested in the current versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Android and iOS. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration pages on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the theme as we can not guarantee Inxhibit will work with all browser combinations.
Refund Policy
If you are experiencing any difficulty with the theme, we are more than happy to provide support to resolve the situation. If your circumstance can’t be resolved with support and you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send us a short note (including your order number) stating why you would like to receive your money refunded.
