Customers are required to provide their name, email address and billing address. To create an optional account you we also be asked to provide a username and password.

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders. This information is used for internal record keeping.

While you visit our site, we’ll track location, IP address and browser type; we’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it. Account holder records are retained indefinitely so that account holders can login and download theme files and updates. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

All customers can request the removal of their account and personal information, such requests will be acted upon promptly.
